Cacoa Elora is an artisan chocolatier from Tansley which prides itself on its “bean to bar” philosophy – and we have three great prizes to give away.
The firm is run by John Cowings, who single-handedly roasts the cocoa beans and makes filled truffles, pralines, and a range of world chocolate bars.
John said: “We regularly update our range, and offer a range of less usual flavours in stunning Belgian dark, milk and white chocolate.
“At Christmastime, we also do special seasonal boxes – with special boxes of nut pralines, malt whiskeys, gingers, marzipans and special choc shots for hot chocolate.”
The first prize is a £15 box of 12 filled chocolates in a mix of dark, milk and white chocolate – ganache, caramel and pralines from the Christmas range.
The second prize an 80-100g dark chocolate bar worth £6.50 and the third prize is a pack of two choc shots in a Colombian 40% milk chocolate with added mini marshmallows worth £4.
