We’ve teamed up with Kedleston Country House Hotel to offer a top prize of dinner for two.
Valued at £30 per person, this prize offers a delicious meal at the stunningly refurbished Georgian restaurant.
The Kedleston, run by Derby Brewing Company, is a boutique hotel set in the rolling hills of the Kedleston estate. New head chef Adam Keeling crafts his Taste of the Weekend menu every week, using the freshest local ingredients.
Past dishes from the menu include ham hock terrine with homemade pickles, duck egg dressing and freshly baked brioche; asparagus, watercress, ricotta and hazelnut Wellington; roast chicken supreme with gnocchi, chorizo, peas and preserved lemon; and chocolate and orange torte with blackcurrant sorbet.
There is also a runners-up prize of a Derby Brewing Company ale rack worth £6.75. This consists of a wooden board containing five third-pints of ale, plus cheese to complement them.
To enter our competition, just answer the following simple question: what is the name of Adam Keeling’s menu? Enter by filling in the form below.
The closing date is August 6. Usual competition rules apply.
