Morley Hayes is well known on the Derbyshire food and drink circuit, and has won several awards in recent years.
As well as boasting two AA Rosettes, its Dovecote restaurant has won silverware several times in the Derby, and Derbyshire, Food and Drink Awards.
It was also named overall national winner of Best Restaurant in the 2017 Food Awards England.
So this Champagne breakfast prize for four people is well worth winning. Valued at £25.95 per person, the breakfast begins with toasted white and granary breads, croissants, jams and marmalade, plus a glass of orange juice.
After that, choose from muesli, porridge, Morteau sausage, English blackberries and slow-roasted fishcake. And, for the third course, options include a full English breakfast, hot smoked salmon salad, glazed wild mushroom omelette, BLT croissant and French toast.
The breakfast also includes freshly brewed coffee or loose leaf teas, and a bottle of champagne. It is served in the Dovecote from 10am to noon, Wednesday to Saturday.
